Bryan Picklesimer
I received my training through American Home Inspectors Training and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® and a Certified Radon Inspector.
Born and raised in Nashville, I am a graduate of MTSU ('04), having competed on MTSU's Varsity Cross Country and Track teams. I have a master’s degree in sport administration from Belmont University and spent the first half of my career as an educator. I am passionate about helping others and understanding the process behind how a house functions and works, ultimately leading me to home inspections.
When I am not inspecting houses, I enjoy spending my time with my two young boys, beautiful wife, and energetic dog. You can usually find me puttering around my workshop, out for a run, or at the park with family.
